Dr. Argelia Goodner (she/her/hers) is a clinical pharmacist originally from Tampa, FL and is a native Spanish speaker. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmaceutical Science and her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
Dr. Goodner completed post-graduate fellowship training in community psychiatry at UNC Chapel Hill in partnership with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). She is passionate about educating patients about their medications and lifestyle modifications on their journey to wellness. She aims to provide patients with culturally informed care and understands patient trust is a priviledge. Her areas of interests are ADHD, depression, panic disorder, and disordered eating.
Mary Chou (she/her/hers) is a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) hailing from Plano, Texas, with a commitment to providing holistic, patient-centered care. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nursing from the University of Texas in Arlington and her Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing from Medical University of South Carolina. She specializes in helping individuals manage ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD, offering tailored treatment plans that prioritize each patient's unique needs and experiences.
Mary believes in building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients, empowering them to take an active role in their mental well-being. She has over 10 years of experience in youth mentorship--at University of Texas in Arlington, NC State University, Duke and UNC Chapel Hill--guiding 300+ college students in psychological wellness sessions and social workshops. In her spare time, she likes to test recipes in the kitchen, play one of her 15 instruments, and support underrepresented minority youth in her local community.
